Do you provide warranty? 

Yes, we provide lifetime warranty on all products, meaning that if our product gets damaged we'll replace it at no cost to you. Please understand, our Lifetime Warranty only covers damage. So If your piece is lost or stolen we can’t provide coverage. OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO LAST. 

 

How do I clean my jewelry?

Since our jewelry is waterproof, you can easily wipe off any dirt or stains using a soft cloth and soap water. Apply gentle pressure while dipping your microfiber cloth in some lukewarm soapy water to clean your jewelry. The clean items should look brand new after a little period of drying.

Can your jewelry turn my skin green? 

Green skin and other types of rashes are caused by jewelry which is made from zinc or other cheap alloys. We don't use them, our jewelry is Hypoallergenic therefore it will not cause rashes or skin irritation. 

Can your jewelry fade? 

Our jewelry base material is Gold plated, 925 Sterling Silver, 316 Stainless Steel, & Titanium, preventing scratches & fading.
